AWADHI OPULENCE
Awadhi Opulence at Sura by Sana invites you into Chef Sana’s world—a world shaped by the royal kitchens of Lucknow, where spices, stories, and slow-cooked traditions filled her childhood. This non-vegetarian dining experience is rooted in the grandeur of Awadh, with each dish reflecting the region’s rich culinary heritage and Chef Sana’s personal memories. Tender meats, fragrant rice, and indulgent desserts are crafted with the finesse once reserved for kings.
